Return & Exchange Policy
 

 

Vue Privée strives to make the collecting process easy for everyone. We maintain a money back guarantee on all Vue Privée limited edition prints and merchandise. All inquiries about returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days (inspection period) from the date your print was delivered. With your help, we will do our best to accommodate your return desire.

 

Before contacting us, please read the following guidelines:

We handle every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis. All returns fall into two categories: no questions asked return and damaged during delivery exchange. In order to better service your request, we ask that all customers immediately check each package upon delivery and document any external damages on the delivery form.

 

All return and exchange inquiries should be sent to returns@vueprivee.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Inquiry", followed by your invoice number. If you are located in Singapore, feel free to bring your item to the gallery to receive help from one of our customer service personnel. Although there are no refunds for gift certificate purchases, exchanges are available if the gift certificate recipient receives their item damaged.

 

No questions asked return

Art collecting is matter of heart and passion, and we want you to be entirely satisfied about your purchase. Therefore, you absolutely have the right to change your mind about your purchase. If you receive an item and are interested in returning for a full refund, please contact us to inform us of your request. All items should only be returned in their original condition and packaging, using the original protective materials. Any goods received by Vue Privée in other packaging material cannot be refunded (only for online orders). Return shipping costs are born by the buyer and cannot be refunded. Vue Privée will reimburse the buyer a full refund on the purchased item price upon receiving the returned item.

 

Damaged during delivery exchange

Vue Privée does our best to pack your order so there is not damage during delivery. If you have received a damaged print or other limited edition unique item and would like an exchange, please follow the guidelines below.

 

Email us your inquiry with a digital photo (under 1MB) of the damaged item along with a brief explanation about the damages. Once your email is received, expect to hear back from us within 3 business days to process your request. Please note that before exchanges are carried out, Vue Privée will review your request to determine the refund conditions. Please wait for us to contact you to clarify conditions for return before shipping any items back to us. In most cases, we will request that the item be sent back to us before finalizing the shipping of the replacement item. All shipping costs will be borne by Vue Privée once we let you know the return procedures. The replacement item will be shipped within 14 days from when the approval of exchange is processed.
